About Your New Role

Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Program Manager will lead a major capital program while driving the integration of asset management, operations and project delivery across significant infrastructure assets.

Key responsibilities will include

- Provide strategic leadership across major infrastructure projects, asset performance, and operational outcomes.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimise lifecycle performance and long-term asset value.
- Improve contractor performance through stronger accountability, KPI management and delivery against contractual obligations.
- Provide commercial oversight, governance and risk management across capital and operational activities.
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analysis and strategic recommendations to support investment decisions.
- Manage interfaces between contractors, project teams, government stakeholders and operational partners.




- Deliver reporting and insights to senior leadership and board stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.

About You We're seeking an experienced infrastructure leader with a background in project delivery, asset management or operational infrastructure within multi-stakeholder environments.

In line with the above, you will bring:

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Experience managing contracted delivery models, improving contractor performance and driving commercial, operational and asset outcomes.
- Proven experience delivering major infrastructure programs or managing complex asset portfolios.
- Demonstrated success delivering capital projects within live operational environments.
- Strong understanding of asset management principles, lifecycle planning and performance optimisation.
- Commercial, financial and governance capability, including business case development and budget management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging across contractors, government agencies and multiple organisations.
- Proven leadership capability with experience developing and mentoring engineering teams.
