The role Accountable for the coordination and governance of digital professional services projects, ensuring accurate planning, tracking and delivery visibility across scope, schedule, cost and risk.
Manage small digital professional services projects across for Brennan across Australia.
Works closely with delivery teams,
stakeholders and customers to coordinate project activities, reporting, resource tracking and the maintenance of key project information and artefacts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage small professional services projects for our clients across Australia.
- Coordinate resource planning and bookings, ensuring delivery teams have clear visibility of activities and commitments.
- Provide regular project updates to clients, project managers and stakeholders, covering progress, RAG status, risks, issues and key decisions.
- Support financial tracking by monitoring invoice milestones and reporting milestone status for fixed-price engagements.
- Support project setup activities, including project records, meeting schedules, resource bookings and project artefacts.
What We’re Looking For
- Three years' experience in project coordination or project support roles, within a technology, digital, MSP or professional services environment.
- Ability to create and own a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
- Experience leading and owning small client facing projects.
- Experience working in quick paced environments with multiple concurrent projects, competing priorities and billable delivery models.
- Strong project administration and coordination skills, with the ability to maintain schedules, trackers, actions, risks, issues, decisions and project artefacts to a high standard.
- Must have intermediate skill level in resource planning and project scheduling.
