CGC Recruitment is partnering with an established Tier 1 contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Project Engineer for a major building project in Perth.

The OpportunityJoin a high-performing project team delivering a technically challenging building project. Working closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating project delivery, managing subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project delivery across major construction packages
- Manage subcontractor procurement, coordination and performance
- Drive programme, planning and short-term construction sequencing
- Monitor project costs, forecasting and reporting
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with quality, safety and environmental requirements
- Manage RFIs, design coordination and technical documentation
- Liaise with consultants, client representatives and internal project stakeholders




- Support the Project Manager in achieving key project milestones

About You

- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer on commercial or industrial building projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project delivery
- Experience or exposure managing structural, façade, services or fit-out packages
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and planning capability
