About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-risk projects across multiple technologies and business domains. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while meeting customer and business objectives.

Working closely with customers, internal delivery teams, third-party vendors, and executive stakeholders, you will establish strong governance, proactively manage risks, and ensure successful transition of project outcomes into business-as-usual operations.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance frameworks.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria while ensuring alignment with contractual and business requirements.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to minimise delivery impacts.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, third-party vendors, and customer stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance, financials, procurement, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, regular status reporting, and proactive stakeholder management.
- Ensure customer acceptance of project deliverables, successful transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU), and completion of project closure activities, including lessons learned and documentation.

Requirements and Experience

- Proven experience delivering large, complex ICT or business transformation projects.




- Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
- PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is highly regarded.

Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months
