Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in banking technology transformation, cloud infrastructure, or data centre migrations ?

We are seeking a seasoned technology-focused Project Manager to join a major Technology Simplification Program , driving the successful delivery of NextDC migration initiatives across shared services, infrastructure, and integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of in-scope NextDC migration activities
- Establish and manage multiple delivery streams to ensure successful migration outcomes
- Develop and manage the forward migration pipeline
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, infrastructure, and external partners
- Manage vendors and delivery partners, including participation in governance and steering forums
- Establish and maintain migration governance, reporting, and control frameworks
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation pathways
- Collaborate with other program delivery leads to drive continuous improvement across the program
- Oversee financial management, forecasting, budget tracking, and resource planning




- Ensure delivery outcomes meet scope, timeline, quality, and regulatory requirements

Skills & Experience ✅ Proven experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programs as a Senior Project Manager

✅ Mandatory experience within Banking or Financial Services

✅ Strong experience delivering:

- Data Centre Migrations
- Cloud Infrastructure Migrations
- Technology Migration Programs
- Shared Services & Integration Migrations

✅ Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder environments ✅ Solid vendor, partner, and governance management experience

✅ Financial management, forecasting, resource planning, and reporting expertise

✅ Excellent risk, dependency, and delivery governance capabilities

Highly Desirable

- Experience delivering NextDC migrations or similar data centre relocation programs
- Previous experience within a major Australian bank
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, hosting, networking, and cloud platforms
- Experience working on large-scale technology simplification or infrastructure transformation initiatives
