- Manage a portfolio with confidence and autonomy

- Oversee repairs and maintenance end-to-end

- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Handle applications, leases and rent management

- Resolve issues quickly, calmly and professionally

- Keep landlords informed and supported at all times





- Ensure compliance across all aspects of the portfolio

WHAT YOU BRING

- Property Management experience

- NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence

- Current driver’s licence

- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A calm, solutions-focused approach

- Confident communication and people skills

- Ability to juggle tasks without dropping the ball
