Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading Energy Consultancy looking for a driven C&I; Lead Generator to join a high-performing sales team, identifying and qualifying opportunities for experienced Energy Consultants.
As a C&I; Lead Generator, you'll be responsible for engaging medium to large Australian businesses, introducing our energy solutions, and booking qualified appointments for our Commercial & Industrial consultants.

What you’ll do:
- Prospecting and cold calling commercial businesses
- Identifying key decision makers and business owners
- Booking appointments for the C&I; sales team
- Following leads and nurturing prospective clients
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Hungry, ambitious and motivated to build a long term sales career
- Self starter who takes ownership of their results and development
- Comfortable making high volume outbound calls
- Resilience
- Confidence, personable and someone who can build rapport quickly
