Join our team as a School Officer - Administration
We are seeking a motivated and organised School Officer – Administration to join our team in a fixed term, term-time position completing 35 hours per week. The position commences as soon as practicable and concludes on 4 December 2026. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the school while contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
You will provide high level administrative support to staff and students, assist with coordinating classroom resources and activities, and help maintain accurate records and communication systems.
You will be required to liaise with visitors, parents, staff and students to the College. The incumbent will present a professional image and create a welcoming, warm and positive impression. As the initial point of contact for many key stakeholders.
With robust interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, you will build positive relationships with students, staff, and families. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide timely support will help ensure students feel supported, confident, and ready to learn.
