Our client, based in Wodonga , is seeking motivated Production Team Members to join their modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking for ongoing work, with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery to meet high-speed production schedules while ensuring minimal downtime.
- Monitor and replenish packaging and process materials to keep production lines running efficiently.
- Set up production lines for scheduled changeovers.
- Complete weekly cleaning and lubrication of machinery.
- Assist with general factory duties and housekeeping to maintain a safe and organised workplace.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience (line operating experience preferred but not essential).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to use initiative and work autonomously.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
