As a Senior Psychologist, you will play a key role in both leadership and service delivery, developing Connect3i's psychology capability, ensuring our psychological assessment services are delivered with excellence, consistency and integrity. Leading a team of psychologists, you will provide professional and technical oversight, mentoring and quality assurance across complex psychological assessments that support personnel security and workforce assurance outcomes.
Working alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the sector, you will contribute to the ongoing growth and strategic direction of Connect3i’s psychological services and support work that ultimately serves Australia's national interests.

- Full and unconditional registration with AHPRA
- Board-approved supervisor status
- Master's qualification in Clinical (preferred), Forensic, Organisational or a related field of psychology
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (highly regarded)
- Extensive experience in psychological assessment, formulation and report writing
- Experience providing skilled guidance, quality assurance and oversight of complex assessments
- Strong understanding of ethical, qualified and legislative obligations
- Ideally hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance
- Australian Citizenship
