CloudMarc is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with strong Playwright automation experience to join a high-performing delivery team working on large-scale digital and customer-facing platforms.
This role is ideal for a hands-on QE who is passionate about quality engineering, test automation, and delivering high-quality software in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Perform API and database validation testing
- Collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners
- Drive quality practices across the SDLC
- Analyse test results, manage defects, and provide quality reporting
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing initiatives
Required Experience
- 5+ years of Quality Engineering or Test Automation experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright
- Experience testing web applications and APIs
- Strong understanding of automation framework design and maintenance
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience working in Retail, Financial Services, Government, or Enterprise environments
