We're looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Senior Receptionist to join our growing Customer Service team based at our Tullamarine headquarters.

This isn't just another reception role. You'll become a key member of our operations team, supporting the day-to-day running of our mobile clinics while helping mentor and develop our reception team as we continue to grow.

Reporting directly to our Customer Service Manager, you'll have the opportunity to learn every aspect of our customer service operations, including school coordination, clinic scheduling and the systems that keep our mobile dental service running smoothly.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service to parents, schools and patients
- Supporting and mentoring members of the reception team
- Assisting with school coordination and clinic scheduling
- Managing phone and email enquiries
- Working closely with our clinical and operations teams
- Supporting daily administrative tasks and ensuring efficient workflows




- Learning multiple areas of the business to provide support where needed
- Helping improve systems and processes as we continue to grow

About you

- Has previous reception or administration experience (healthcare experience is highly regarded)
- Is organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks
