What you'll be doing
- You'll take ownership of your listings from appraisal through to settlement while creating an outstanding experience for every client. Your day-to-day will include:
- Winning new business and growing your local market presence
- Building long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Guiding vendors and buyers with honest, expert advice
- Conducting appraisals, open homes and private inspections
- Creating tailored marketing campaigns that get properties noticed
- Negotiating confidently to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Managing your pipeline using our industry-leading CRM and technology
- Keeping up to date with local market trends and legislation
- Supporting and mentoring newer team members while contributing to our positive team culture
- Networking within the community and representing the Ray White brand with pride
What we're looking for
- We're looking for someone driven, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people make one of life's biggest decisions.
You'll ideally have
- 3+ years' experience in residential real estate sales
- A proven history of listing and selling property
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic
- Confidence working independently while being a outstanding team player
- Experience using CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- A current Victorian Estate Agent Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
