Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking a customer-focused Senior IT Support Officer to play a key role in keeping Council’s technology services reliable, responsive and easy for staff to use.
You will provide advanced technical support, resolve complex service requests, assist with technology implementations, coordinate minor projects, mentor team members and contribute to transparent documentation and user training that strengthens Council’s overall IT capability.
