About the Role
This new role is for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. We provide flexible working days/hours for our staff and this position is available for a permanent full-time consultant to work between Monday to Friday (no weekends). Or the opportunity for a permanent part time role (minimum 3 days per week) is currently available also.
About You
The successful applicant for this role will require the following skills:
Minimum 3 years retail travel experience (International and Domestic)
Certification in GDS systems, Galileo and Cross Check preferred
Proficient use of Windows software (Outlook, word, excel, powerpoint etc)
Understanding and experience in using Internet-based programs
Strong focus on providing a high standard of customer service and care
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Travel & Tourism Industry
Proven sales skills and results
Training is also available for consultants who are keen to update their skills and accreditation, if they are returning to the Travel Industry.
The salary package will be commensurate to the applicant's experience and skills and applicable employment terms will be provided in our employment agreement offer.
