TMA Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead billing, invoicing and collections across our growing international group.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with genuine influence. You will manage the AR and billing team while driving process improvement, automation and system implementation across multiple entities and regions.

The opportunity

- Own the end‑to‑end AR, billing and invoicing function
- Lead an active AR transformation and systems implementation program
- Improve processes, controls, reporting and data quality
- Develop and support a high performing AR team
- Work across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, North America and the Philippines

What you’ll bring

- Robust experience across billing,



invoicing and accounts receivable
- Proven experience leading an AR transformation or system implementation
- Previous AR or billing team leadership experience
- Strong Excel and ERP system capability
- Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience across multiple entities or currencies will be highly regarded
