The Department of Justice (Coroners Court) is seeking an Inquest Support Officer for a fixed-term, full time role, until 30 June 2027 with possible extension or permanency. The role provides administrative and paralegal support, including case management, hearing coordination, and preparation of inquest materials.
You will advise on Coroner’s Court practices, exercise statutory powers as a Coroner’s Registrar, and engage with a range of stakeholders throughout the inquest process.
