Moviliti Dental Care is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team in Windsor, QLD 4030. This is a full time position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals in providing high-quality dental services. As a Dental Assistant, you will be at the heart of our practice, ensuring smooth clinic operations and contributing to a positive patient experience. This role is based on-site at our Windsor location and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

- Assist dentists during clinical procedures, including sterilisation and preparation of instruments and equipment
- Provide chairside support during patient treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate and organised patient records and dental charts
- Greet patients, schedule appointments and manage reception duties
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment environment in compliance with infection control protocols
- Sterilise and store dental instruments according to established procedures
- Process patient payments and manage basic administrative tasks
- Assist with radiography and other diagnostic procedures as required
- Support inventory management and ordering of dental supplies

What we're looking for

- Completion of a recognised Dental Assistant course or equivalent qualification
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and infection control protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and team members
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities




- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
- Proficiency with dental practice management software is advantageous
- A genuine passion for supporting oral healthcare and patient wellbeing
