FVS Airconditioning and Electrical is a growing and innovative company providing HVAC (air conditioning) and electrical services to customers across the education, healthcare, commercial, retail, industrial, and government sectors.
Based in our Mount Isa office, this role is an important part of our Service Delivery Team. You will coordinate technicians and subcontractors, helping ensure the smooth delivery of air conditioning and electrical services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating field technicians and subcontractors
- Managing service requests and job allocations
- Communicating with customers, suppliers, and contractors
- Assisting with resource planning and scheduling
- Preparing customer invoices and service reports
- Creating customer quotations from technician reports
- Maintaining records and processing jobs through our service management system
- Providing general administrative support to the team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
