Registrar -Trainee - Obstetrics & Gynaecology
This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full-Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s).
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/11/2026.
Position Profile:
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and dynamic person to the position of Registrar - Trainee - Obstetrics Gynaecology. In this role you will manage inpatients, outpatients and emergency patients under the supervision of Specialists, Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. You will also manage surgical patients from admission to discharge, under the supervision of Specialists.

Area Profile:
Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH)is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.
Fremantle Hospital (FH)is a 300-bed specialist hospital focused on providing high-quality aged care,
mental health, secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical services.
Rockingham Peel Group is part of the SMHS, one of the fastest growing health services in Western Australia and comprises two hospital campuses, Rockingham General Hospital and Murray District Hospital, in addition to community and mental health services across Peel, Rockingham and Kwinana. As the flagship hospital, Rockingham General is focused on providing high quality general medical, surgical and mental health services as well as outpatient care.
SJOG Midland Public Hospital is a 367-bed public hospital providing free, high quality hospital services for patients in Perth's east metropolitan and Wheatbelt regions.
