Are you passionate about working with children and ready to start your career in Early Childhood Education? Early Childhood Group , supporting Little Treasures Singleton, Little Treasures Greta, and Bright Beginnings Maitland , is now seeking enthusiastic Certificate III Trainee Educators to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience while completing your qualification in a supportive and high-quality early learning environment.

About You:
- Passionate about working with children and early learning
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
- Solid team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- No prior experience required – just motivation and commitment
Screening & Compliance Requirements
All applicants must demonstrate a commitment to child safety. Employment is conditional upon successful completion of all required checks, including:
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) verified prior to employment
- National Criminal History Check
- Completion (or willingness to complete) Mandatory Geccko Child Protection Foundations training
- 2 x Mandatory Verbal Reference Checks (1 most recent employer, 1 direct supervisor)
- National Workforce Register check
About the Role:
As a Trainee Educator, you will support qualified educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) . You will help create safe, nurturing environments that support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing while completing your qualification on the job.
You will be supported by experienced educators and leaders across Little Treasures Singleton, Little Treasures Greta, and Bright Beginnings Maitland as you build your skills and confidence in early childhood education.
