- Six months minimum SDA / SIL experience
- Comfortable with hoist transfers + PEG support
- Genuine interest in long-term keyworker role
Lead from the floor. Mentor casuals, hold the clinical line, sit in on operational decisions. Real seat at the table, not a token title.
- Three years plus in disability support, supervisory experience
- Solid on clinical handovers, incident response, family communication
- Want a real seat at the table - operational input expected
