Our client, a Federal Government entity who works to make energy consumers better off, now and in the future is looking for the services of a Senior Technical Business Analyst.
Key Duties and Responsivities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their drivers, goals and objectives, and effectively manage their requirements and expectations;
- Elicit, document and gain approval of business processes and requirements;
- Perform gap analysis to identify differences between current state and desired future state;
- Perform options analysis to bridge identified gaps and present potential solutions for assessment and selection;
- Translate business requirements to user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specifications and test cases.
Skills and Experience Required
- Ability to support evidence-based decision-making and successful delivery of outcomes in complex and ambiguous environments;
- Ability to elicit,
validate and manage business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
- Ability to identify and manage risks and issues, coordinate testing activities and manage defects.
