Technical Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technology by gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and project teams to support the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

- Produce high-quality user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define solution requirements.

- Support solution design, system integration, API analysis, and data mapping activities.

- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

- Assist with testing, UAT, defect management, and production readiness.





- Manage requirement traceability and support Agile delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

- 5+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst.

- Strong experience working on enterprise IT projects.

- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, databases, and data mapping.

- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

- Robust documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Desirable

- Experience within Government, Banking, Insurance, or other regulated industries.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices, and enterprise integration.

- Relevant Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA) are highly regarded.
