Job Description

As our Barista, you'll be responsible for:

- Preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee.
- Dialling in grinders and maintaining coffee quality throughout the day.
- Providing friendly, professional customer service.
- Taking customer orders and processing payments.
- Assisting with food service and café operations when required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and effective workspace.
- Working collaboratively with the café team during busy service periods.

About the Candidate

Coffee & Soul is a café built around exceptional coffee, genuine hospitality, and creating a welcoming space for our community. We're looking for an experienced, passionate Barista who takes pride in every cup and enjoys creating memorable customer experiences.

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a busy café.




- Confident working with specialty coffee and milk texturing.
- Ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive, reliable, and punctual.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
- Australian working rights.
