Bendigo Kia and Isuzu Ute are seeking an enthusiastic Service Receptionist to join our Service Department in a full-time Monday to Friday position.
You will be responsible for:
- taking customer enquiries and service bookings
- front of house customer service
- greeting customers for vehicle drop off and assessing their service needs
- basic data entry computer skills are required for preparing and costing invoices
- No prior experience as a service advisor or car knowledge is necessary.
Excellent organizational and customer service skills are a must.
