This is a part-time, term-time position working a minimum of 25 hours per week with the ability to increase these hours during peak periods. Your rotational roster will include shifts between the operational hours of 5:30am to 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday, as advised by the Chef Manager.

It is a mandatory requirement for this position that you hold a Working with Children Paid Blue Card. Whilst not essential, prior experience in a buffet or bulk catering environment and a Certificate II or III in Commercial Cookery would be highly advantageous.
