We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Hotel Front Office team in a permanent part time capacity, to ensure each, and every guest has a memorable experience.

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be part of our team representing the face of our brand and play a vital role in creating memorable and enjoyable experiences for all guests. You will be solutions focussed with a professional, calm manner, resolving concerns that may occur, all while delivering an outstanding experience for our guests.

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a Front Office Guest Services role is preferred
- Demonstrated professionalism with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong computer literacy skills, experience with a property management system, in particular Opera Cloud would be advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Ability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
