Recruitment Select is currently seeking Experienced Machine Operators to join our client's leading, state-of-the-art cardboard manufacturing facility in Wodonga. Our client offers exceptional working conditions, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness, safety, and employee well-being.

This position is initially offered on a casual basis, working Monday to Friday, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidates. Full-time applicants will be required to undergo a police check and a medical assessment as part of the onboarding process.

A Monday-Friday working week, shifts will be rotating on a 2 week roster between dayshift and afternoon shift. Competitive hourly rates, with overtime opportunities available after 7.5 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating machinery
- Machine set‑up, changeovers, and adjustments for different product runs
- Monitoring machine performance to ensure quality and efficiency
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and fault identification
- Conducting routine machine inspections and preventative maintenance




- Performing repetitive tasks with a high level of focus and attention to detail.
