About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced HV Technicians with commissioning experience to join our team and assist on major projects. You will be responsible for installation, testing or commissioning, fault finding, and maintenance of HV and MV systems across major industrial projects. This role suits motivated electricians who take pride in delivering safe, high-quality work in dynamic project environments.

You will work as part of a skilled HV team delivering critical works in accordance with industry standards, client procedures, and Asset Power Solutions’ safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation of HV & MV electrical systems.
- Testing and commissioning of switchboards, transformers, and associated equipment.
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
- Working collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Preparing commissioning reports and documentation.

About You





- Hold a current “A Grade” Electrical Workers Licence (Fitter and Mechanic).
- Minimum five years experience in high voltage installation and commissioning.
- Experience with switchgear, substations, and protection systems (highly desirable).
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- White / Blue Card (mandatory).
- HV Switching / First Aid / LVR (desirable).
- Proactive, safety-focused attitude.
- Team player with solid communication skills.
