About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant Superstar to join our team at our Port Melbourne office on a full-time basis.

This role is supporting our team that recruits Disability support workers for our NDIS and TAC funded clients.

Key responsibilities

- Identifying, sourcing, and attracting high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, experience, and career aspirations
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple sectors and skill levels
- 4. Matching candidates to clients. specific needs to secure successful outcomes
- 5. Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
