Bubba Gump Shrimp Co Sandgate, part of HBH Group, is opening in Brisbane and seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the venue’s front-of-house beverage program. You will drive service standards, mentor the bar team, and ensure a fun, high-energy guest experience in a rapid-paced setting.

The role requires extensive cocktail knowledge, RSA, and the ability to manage inventory, rostering, and guest feedback while working nights and weekends.
