Marsh Risk’s Recovre team in Brisbane, Cairns or Rockhampton seeks a Rehabilitation Counsellor to support secure and sustainable return to work. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office and travel to client sites as needed.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, build trust with clients and stakeholders, and conduct comprehensive assessments (Vocational, Pre-Employment, ADLs, Workplace and Ergonomic) while managing casework and reporting.
