This is a full time position, primarily involving physical and mechanical testing of construction materials. No prior experience is required, as full on-the-job training will be provided.

This role offers an entry point into the construction materials industry.

In your current role, you will:

- Perform field and in-house materials testing
- Carry out routine equipment checks
- Ensure compliance with NATA requirements
- Support the technical team

This role is ideal if you have:

- Strong health and safety awareness
- Valuable literacy and numeracy skills (written and verbal)
- Physical fitness
- A current Victorian driver's licence
- Availability to work weekends and regular overtime
- A professional work ethic
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Cert III in Laboratory Techniques (advantageous)
