McGrath Beenleigh is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing Residential Sales team.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate and learn from experienced industry professionals. As a Residential Sales Cadet, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of residential sales, including prospecting, buyer management, campaign support, open homes, and assisting our sales team throughout the entire sales process.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, willing to pick up the phone, build relationships, and develop the skills required to become a successful sales professional.

What you’ll be doing:

- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities

- Assisting with open homes, buyer enquiries, and client follow-ups

- Maintaining and updating our CRM database

- Preparing property information, reports, and marketing materials

- Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and the wider community

- Learning all aspects of residential property sales from experienced agents

What we’re looking for:

- A motivated individual with a strong desire to build a career in real estate

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team





- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

- Real estate registration (or willingness to obtain) is preferred but not essential
