Operating across Central, Northern, and North-East Victoria, as well as Southern New South Wales, we deliver high-quality traffic management solutions on projects of all sizes.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated and safety-focused Traffic Controllers to join our team.

We have a variety of roles available across major road projects, maintenance works, utilities, defence, rail, events, and freeway operations. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work across a diverse range of projects.

We are particularly interested in experienced Controllers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders who are looking to take the next step in their career. If you bring leadership experience, we have opportunities ready for you.

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork, along with the following:

- Valid Traffic Control qualifications, including one or more of the following:

- RIIWHS205E – Control Traffic with Stop/Slow Bat (issued prior to 1 March 2024)





- RIIWHS302E – Implement Traffic Management Plans (issued prior to 1 March 2024)

- RIISS00058 & RIISS00060 (TC1)

- RIISS00059 & RIISS00060 (TC2)

- TMI3

- NSW Traffic Controller (TCR)

- NSW Implement Traffic (IMP)

- NSW Prepare Work Zone (PWZ – desirable)

- Construction Induction (White Card)

- Current Driver’s Licence (manual preferred)

- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening

- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team

- Reliable transport

- A proactive, “can-do” attitude

Highly regarded (but not essential):

- Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card

- Electrical Spotter qualification

- First Aid certification

- 5-Watt Two-Way Radio
