Think 97 modern rooms and suites, an indoor pool, sauna and gym, a Café-Bar-Restaurant operating from 7 am to late, and 8 conference rooms hosting everything from weddings to boardroom power moves. We're the meeting place of choice for locals and travellers alike — and we're on the hunt for a warm, switched-on Receptionist to join the crew.

What you'll be doing





Welcoming guests at check-in and sending them off at checkout like a pro

Managing room reservations and running the phones with ease

Being the friendly first face (and voice) guests meet

Working alongside our self-check-in tech and digital front office tools

Handling general admin and backing up the wider team

The hours
This is a part-time role: a minimum of 25 hours and up to 38 hours per week, across a 7-day rotating roster. Mornings, evenings, and weekends are all part of the mix, so flexibility is your friend.

What you'll bring

A little experience with RMS or another property management system (PMS) — even a bit goes a long way, and we'll help you level up

Great phone manner and genuine face-to-face customer service

Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to run solo

A natural touch for building rapport

Strong written and verbal communication
