About the Role At Ezyquip Hire, our Service Coordinators are the driving force behind our operations, connecting people, parts and equipment to keep everything running smoothly. If you’ve worked as a Service Advisor, Transport Scheduler, Workshop Administrator, or Service Coordinator, this is your opportunity to step into a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What you will be doing

- Creating quotes for customers, and following up as required
- Ordering parts,



products and materials for our workshop and project teams
- Liaising with key suppliers to attain competitive pricing on all product purchases
- Completing appropriate paperwork and purchase orders as required
- Receipting and reconciling orders against invoices and following up any missing items or back orders
- Scheduling fleet and equipment maintenance as requested by the workshop team
- Monitoring stock levels of frequently used parts, products and materials for the mechanical team and complete orders when required
- Following up requests from trade persons for uncommon products by sourcing most suitable item at best available price
- Ensuring all fleet and equipment services are scheduled in line with Ezyquip Hire's service procedures or manufacturer's guidelines, with parts readily available

About You You will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated procurement guru who possesses the following attributes:

- Previous parts administration exposure with an understanding of machinery and equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to work autonomously, with minimal direction
- Good problem-solving ability with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- A sound level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work a 14/7 roster at a remote camp.
- Experience in Baseplan or alternative hire software (advantageous)
- Experience in CAT systems (advantageous)
