RS3 Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst for a short-term contract engagement of approximately 2-3 months with the opportunity to move to permanent for the right individual.

Role Description The Service Desk Analyst is an on-site role based in East Perth, WA. This role is responsible for providing first-level technical support to end users, including diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, networks, and user access. Day-to-day activities include logging and tracking incidents, prioritizing and escalating tickets when necessary, and ensuring timely, clear communication with customers.

Analyst will collaborate with other technical teams, follow documented procedures, contribute to knowledge base articles, and help maintain service quality and uptime.



The role also involves delivering skilled customer service, identifying recurring problems, and suggesting improvements to support processes and systems.

Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an MSP or similar fast-paced IT support environment
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, Halo, or similar ITSM platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft desktop, cloud, and end-user technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities
