Services Manager | Major Rail Infrastructure Projects

Unify Recruitment is partnering with a major contractor to assist with the recruit an experienced Services Manager to join the delivery team working across major Rail and Energy projects across NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Services professional to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of building services throughout the full project lifecycle, from tender and design through to construction, testing and commissioning. The role has a solid focus on electrical systems, stakeholder management and technical leadership across major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and delivery of electrical services throughout all project phases.
- Manage services subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to achieve programme, quality and commercial outcomes.
- Review electrical designs and undertake constructability assessments to improve project delivery.
- Develop construction methodologies, staging strategies and testing & commissioning plans.




- Manage electrical interfaces between clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Monitor programme performance, identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support tender submissions by providing technical expertise, pricing reviews and construction methodologies.
- Ensure all services works are delivered in accordance with safety, quality and contractual requirements.

About You:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10 years' experience delivering electrical services within major construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience across rail, transport or major infrastructure environments.
- Proven ability to manage services delivery from design through commissioning.
- Excellent understanding of electrical systems, testing & commissioning and construction methodologies.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing subcontractors.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CPEng eligibility will be highly regarded.
