Firerite Services is a leading fire protection company providing inspection, testing, maintenance, repairs, installations, and compliance services across Brisbane. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our administration and service team to support our increasing workload and commitment to exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is not your average scheduling position. You'll be coordinating technicians, managing client bookings, juggling priorities, and ensuring our fire protection services are delivered efficiently and on time.

You will play a critical role in supporting our technicians, customers, and account managers while helping us maintain exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance inspections, repairs, break-fix works, and project activities
- Manage technician calendars and allocate daily work efficiently
- Respond to urgent service requests and scheduling changes
- Liaise with clients regarding appointments, service requirements, and site access
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers where required
- Monitor job progress and ensure works are completed within required timeframes
- Manage technician inductions and site compliance requirements
- Prepare and coordinate SWMS, permits, and site documentation
- Maintain accurate service records and scheduling information
- Assist with invoicing, work order management,



and administration processes
- Communicate effectively with other staff.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery

What We're Looking For Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities without missing a beat

Strong communication skills with both customers and technicians

High attention to detail and accuracy A positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving ability

Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills and experience using FireMate or Uptick Scheduling Software.

Previous experience in scheduling, service coordination, logistics, trades, facilities management, or a similar role

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience in the fire protection, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, facilities management, or service industries
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance scheduling
- Experience coordinating mobile field technicians
- Understanding of compliance-based service environments
