About the role

As a Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers, servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment. Working both on & off site

Key responsibilities

- Servicing & repairing Agricultural & Construction Machinery
- Conducting equipment inspections and recommending maintenance solutions
- Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic tools and technology
- Completing service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support
- Participating in ongoing product and technical training

About you

- Mechanical Trade Qualification or near Qualified (3rd & 4th year)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ideally experience in repairing heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, or diesel engines
- Ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
