Contract & Permanent Opportunities Available We're seeking experienced ServiceNow Architects to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape platform architecture, drive best practices, and work with high-performing delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities - Design and define ServiceNow architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards.

- Lead solution design across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
- Provide architectural guidance on platform configuration, customisation, and integrations.
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
- Define integration patterns with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Review technical designs and establish ServiceNow governance and best practices.
- Support platform roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience - 5+ years' ServiceNow experience, including experience in an Architect role.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture,



data model, and platform capabilities.
- Experience designing solutions across ITSM and related ServiceNow modules.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
- Robust understanding of ServiceNow security, access controls, and role-based permissions.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or equivalent) highly regarded.
