About the Roles

We're currently recruiting for a range of casual Front of House positions, including:

- Waitstaff
- Bartenders
- Bar Supervisors
- Event Staff

Our team members work across restaurant service, private functions, weddings, corporate events and special occasions, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your role, you'll:

- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Deliver exceptional table and bar service.
- Prepare and serve beverages.
- Guide guests through our menu and make recommendations.
- Set up and pack down functions and events.
- Process orders and payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming venue.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider team to deliver seamless service.
- Create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

- Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, when hospitality is at its busiest.

Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Essential Requirements

- Current NSW RSA (or willingness to obtain one before commencing).
- Availability to work flexible hospitality hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transport to and from work.
