What to Expect in Your Role:

We are seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant or Dispensary Technician to join our friendly team, working 38 hours per week . The roster can be arranged as Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday , with weekend requirements open for discussion for the right candidate.

In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with our Pharmacists to support prescription preparation, stock management, and daily pharmacy operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail and commitment to patient care will help maintain TerryWhite Chemmart's high standards of service and healthcare

- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly.
- Manage inventory, including stock monitoring and ordering as needed.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.




- Communicate effectively with customers regarding prescription processing and wait times.
- Assist in promoting pharmacy services, including care clinic services and rewards programs.

About You:

- Previous experience in a community pharmacy as a Dispensary Technician or Pharmacy Assistant
- Strong attention to detail, with a solid understanding of pharmacy processes and associated administrative tasks
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and collaborate effectively across various roles
- Customer-focused approach, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Positive, proactive, and resourceful mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Experience in inventory management and a positive understanding of pharmacy operations
- Proficiency in computer systems used for prescription processing
