Our client, a major supplier of roofing and building materials, is seeking a Yard Hand with a current forklift licence to support their operations in Mona Vale. This is a Monday to Friday role offering a mix of indoor and outdoor work, and a great opportunity to join a well-established business. You’ll be responsible for forklift operation, general yard duties, and maintaining a safe and organised work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing both incoming and outgoing orders
- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for delivery
- Maintaining high standards of store organization and workplace cleanliness
- Assisting with the loading of orders onto trucks and for customer deliveries
- Unpacking goods and replenishing stock on shelves
- Performing general warehouse tasks
- Current forklift licence (LF)
- Previous experiencein warehousing, general stores, manufacturing or similar
- Physically fit and ability to perform manual handling 15-20kg regularly
- Previous experience in the sheet metal or building materials sector is highly desirable
- Driver licence and reliable transportation
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
