Great opportunity to join a well Established Family Hospitality Business. Our head office is Located in Queen st Brisbane CBD where you will work three days a week. Convenience of choosing which three days a week you would like to work.

What you will be doing....
Oversee daily facility operations ensuring safety, compliance and customer satisfaction

Continue to Develop and implement policies and procedures to manage compliance.

Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage service level agreements

Manage our in house maintenance team and build contractor relationships

Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance

Manage budgets, maintenance records, invoices and operational reporting

Skills needed
To succeed in this role you will have:

Previous experience ideally within facility management.

Well developed communication and problem solving skills
