About the Role

As a Packing Operator, you will be responsible for supporting daily production operations, including:

- Operating production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Manual packing and quality checking of products
- Completing repetitive production tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assisting with machine changeovers and production requirements
- Palletising and depalletising products
- Completing stock checks and recording production information
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following workplace procedures, safety standards and instructions from supervisors

- A willingness to learn and follow workplace procedures
- Permanent residency - not suitable for working holiday visa holders

Shift Availability

We have opportunities across:

- Day Shift: 8:00am – 4:00/4.30pm
- Afternoon Shift: 4:00pm – Midnight
- Night Shift: Midnight – 8:00am

Candidates must be available to attend a pre-shift handover/production meeting prior to commencing each shift.
