We're partnering with a growing organisation with an exciting vision for the future. As they continue to expand, they're looking for an experienced Tenancy Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships and helping shape a high-performing team.

The Opportunity

You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, working closely with tenants, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure properties are managed to a high standard while delivering an outstanding tenancy experience.

Beyond the day to day portfolio management, you’ll also have the prospect to contribute to improving systems, streamlining processes and supporting the organisation's continued growth.

What You'll Bring





- Previous experience in Property Management or Tenancy Management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial property management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration or Licence (or willingness to obtain one).
