Cafs is seeking a passionate Men's Behaviour Change Practitioner to join our Family Safety team in Ballarat, VIC. This part time, fixed-term role supports men who use violence, focusing on accountability and safer relationships while safeguarding affected family members.

You will conduct intake and risk assessments, provide case management, and co-facilitate group sessions within our established MBCP program.
